We buy and collect scrap from factories, workshops, contractors, property managers and other businesses and the wider. For a company, a scrap transaction has to stand up to an audit — so we run every commercial load the same way: identified, weighed on a verified weighbridge, recorded, and paid by traceable EFT. Nothing happens off the books.

We operate as a licensed yard under the Second-Hand Goods Act, and we keep the records that law requires. We also understand that your side needs its own trail for waste, tax and procurement reporting, and that is what this page is about.

The documentation we provide

When you sell or dispose of scrap through us, you can receive:

• Weighbridge tickets — the actual weight of each load read on our own calibrated weighbridge, itemised by material where the load is sorted.
• EFT payment records — every commercial payment goes by electronic transfer to your registered business bank account, giving you and your auditors a clean, traceable record. We do not settle business loads in unrecorded cash.
• Waste and collection paperwork — collection notes and disposal records for the material we remove, so you can show what left your site, when, and where it went.
• Company and tax details — our invoicing, registration and tax details for your accounts payable and vendor files.

If your reporting needs a specific document format or extra fields, tell us up front and we will work to it.

B-BBEE and procurement details

We know that who you dispose of scrap through can feed into your own B-BBEE, ESG and supplier reporting. We can provide our current B-BBEE status documentation and company registration details on request, as part of your vendor onboarding or supplier verification.

We do not publish a specific B-BBEE level or certificate number on this page, because those details change and belong in your procurement file rather than on a web page. Ask us and we will send your procurement team the current documentation in writing.

How a business collection works

1. Set up the account. Send us your procurement requirements and vendor pack. We return our company, tax and B-BBEE documentation and agree how loads will be recorded and referenced.
2. We collect or you deliver. For regular volumes we arrange our industrial scrap collection; smaller loads can be brought to our yard.
3. We weigh and record. Each load goes over a verified weighbridge in full view, is sorted and logged, and the weights are captured on your ticket.
4. We pay and document. We pay by EFT to your registered account and issue the weighbridge, payment and collection paperwork your teams need.

Yes. For factories, workshops and sites generating scrap regularly, we arrange collection and the wider, and provide collection paperwork for each load.

Can you match your paperwork to our purchase orders or waste references?

Yes. Give us your purchase-order, cost-centre or waste-tracking references when we set up the account, and we will carry them onto the weighbridge tickets and payment records for each load.
