Our Role
Reclaim Metal Traders provides scrap metal price guidance, quote handling and collection support and nearby areas. Information on this website is provided to help sellers understand typical rates, documents and preparation steps before a load is weighed.
When you submit a quote request, our team uses the details you provide to respond with indicative guidance and collection or drop-off next steps where available.
Compliance
Scrap metal purchases are subject to law, including the Second-Hand Goods Act and applicable scrap-trade regulations. Sellers may be asked for valid identification, proof of ownership and supporting documents before any payout.
We reserve the right to refuse restricted, suspicious or inadequately documented materials, including municipal cable, manhole covers, rail metal and any load where lawful ownership cannot be verified.
Estimated Prices
The price information shown in our price guides is based on indicative market data and is intended as a general guide only. These figures are estimates, not binding offers.
Actual prices may vary depending on the metal type and grade, verified weight, current market rates, contamination, location, access conditions and load size. Always request an indicative quote and confirm the rate and terms before any collection or drop-off.
No Guarantee of Availability or Pricing
We do not guarantee collection availability in every area at every time. We also do not guarantee that a final weighed payout will match the estimated price ranges shown on this website.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reclaim Metal Traders accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from use of this website, submission of quote requests, unlawful or unsafe materials, or reliance on indicative price information published on this website.
User Responsibility
Website users and scrap sellers are responsible for:
- Obtaining an indicative quote and confirming the rate before any collection or drop-off.
- Confirming the rate per kilogram, any minimum weights, and collection arrangements directly with our team.
- Ensuring you have the right to sell the metal and can provide valid identification under the Second-Hand Goods Act.
- Checking weighbridge tickets, grade breakdowns and payment records before accepting the final transaction.
